Billing and Cycle Information

Here is the billing information you might need to know. Typically, if you have a website, you have to pay 3 things primarily:

Your Bill

  1. Custom Domain – this is is your custom domain name which is paid yearly (3rd party)
  2. Hosting – this is where your web files are stored/hosted, you can pay quarterly, semi-annually and yearly. (3rd party)
  3. Maintenance – monitoring that your website is up and running 24/7 and if necessary updates is needed specially if your site runs in WordPress (Webbly Frog)
  4. Upgrade Charges – we agreed before committing what, which, scope of changes. (Webbly Frog)

Billing Cycle

Normally, billing will take place before the servicing period specially the 3rd party services such as the custom domain renewal and hosting services renewal.

Example:

If your servicing period for hosting (eg. quarterly) is from 2/10/2020 – 6/10/2020, you have to pay before 2/10/2020 otherwise, your service will be suspended. Once suspended and needs reactivated, you’ll be charge of minimum fee of Php200. If your account remains suspended for 3 months, it will be terminated and all your web files will be deleted.

For custom domain – if you are suspended, you may likely find it difficulty to recover, otherwise you have to pay higher 3x or more than what you normally pay for 1 year.

Payment Gateway

Webbly Frog accepts payments via Paypal, Gcash, Paymaya, BPI and Unionbank. This will be given to you during opening a service with us.
